Most cash buyers can e-sign closing documents (via DocuSign or Adobe Sign). There is a single document that must be notarized: the Foreign Interest Affidavit, confirming you are not a foreign principal acting on behalf of certain countries. This can be completed well in advance of closing.
You can sign ahead of closing day. We will always confirm your permission to close on the day of closing, after final walkthrough.
