TitlePilot was founded by a group of friends who have worked in the real estate space for the past decade as advisors, entrepreneurs, and investors.


We have closed thousands of commercial and residential real estate deals during our careers, and we understand the challenges facing title companies in the marketplace. We are driven by our desire to make it easier and more accessible for Americans to purchase real estate. Join us as we build the better way to close.

Meet Our Crew

Chris DiBiase

Managing Partner

Chris is a Florida native and Army veteran. He brings 10 years of operations and tech experience to TitlePilot. He is a graduate of West Point and the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida.

Mark Luczak

Partner

A Florida native, Mark is an attorney with over a decade of experience advising clients on complex title and real estate closing matters. He is a graduate of Furman University and Stetson University College of Law.

Lauren DiBiase

Partner

A Florida native, Lauren brings 10+ years of expertise in process management. Lauren oversees day-to-day operations. She is a graduate of Marist College and East Carolina University.

Chuck Nadd

Partner

Chuck is a Florida native and US Army veteran. He leads TitlePilot’s marketing and outreach efforts across the state. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Harvard Business School.

Walter DiBiase

Official Mascot & Nap Consultant

Walter, a Florida transplant, ensures all closings are done with a smile. Known for his friendly disposition, Walter excels in spreading joy and reducing stress levels. When not in the office, Walter enjoys long walks, belly rubs, and head scratches.
